Terms of Engagement

These Terms of Engagement govern your use of our services and apply to all customers using Volt Transport’s electric vehicle rental or medical logistics services.

  • All bookings must be confirmed via our booking portal or authorised representative.
  • Payment is required upfront or as per agreed commercial terms.
  • For vehicle rentals, a security deposit may apply.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start may incur a fee.
  • Medical logistics cancellations must be notified at least 12 hours prior.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days where applicable.
  • Vehicles must be operated only by licensed individuals listed in the booking.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle in clean, undamaged condition.
  • GPS tracking may be used to monitor location and ensure vehicle safety.
  • We handle medical items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Time-sensitive or sensitive medical transport is conducted with precision and confidentiality.
  • Customers must clearly declare the contents and urgency of all medical deliveries.
  • Volt Transport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to third-party factors (traffic, accidents, weather).
  • Insurance may apply as per vehicle hire or logistics contract terms.
  • We aim to resolve all concerns promptly.
  • Any formal disputes must be submitted in writing to info@voltai.com.au
