These Terms of Engagement govern your use of our services and apply to all customers using Volt Transport’s electric vehicle rental or medical logistics services.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed via our booking portal or authorised representative.
- Payment is required upfront or as per agreed commercial terms.
- For vehicle rentals, a security deposit may apply.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start may incur a fee.
- Medical logistics cancellations must be notified at least 12 hours prior.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days where applicable.
Vehicle Usage
- Vehicles must be operated only by licensed individuals listed in the booking.
- The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle in clean, undamaged condition.
- GPS tracking may be used to monitor location and ensure vehicle safety.
Medical Logistics Compliance
- We handle medical items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Time-sensitive or sensitive medical transport is conducted with precision and confidentiality.
- Customers must clearly declare the contents and urgency of all medical deliveries.
Liability
- Volt Transport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- We are not responsible for delays due to third-party factors (traffic, accidents, weather).
- Insurance may apply as per vehicle hire or logistics contract terms.
Dispute Resolution
- We aim to resolve all concerns promptly.
- Any formal disputes must be submitted in writing to info@voltai.com.au
